The cheapest and most effective time to protect a house is before the floor is laid. We treat the soil at foundation and plinth stage so the whole building sits on a termite barrier.
When to call us
- After excavation, before the foundation is filled

What we do
Plan
We check your drawing and agree the stages with your contractor.
Foundation
Bottom and sides of foundation trenches are treated.
Plinth
Soil inside the plinth is treated before soling and flooring.
Outer walls
A treated strip of soil along the outside of the walls.
Soil treatment or porous pipe?
Soil treatment is the most economical. If you want to refill chemical later without drilling, add a porous pipe system at the same stage.
Questions
How long does protection last?
Several years with a written guarantee. Refilling through a porous pipe extends it further.
Will it delay my construction?
No. Each stage takes a few hours and we work to your contractor's schedule.
