Termite treatment in Peshawar
For houses that already have deemak. We create a chemical barrier in the soil under and around your house using the drill-fill-seal method, so termites cannot reach the woodwork again.
Signs you have termites
- Mud tubes (thin soil lines) climbing walls, door frames and skirting
- Doors, frames and cupboards that sound hollow when you knock
- Bubbling or cracked paint near the floor
- Small heaps of soil near doors and cupboards
- Flying termites or shed wings near lights after rain
How drill-fill-seal works
Inspect
We find where termites enter, how far they have spread, and the soil and floor type.
Drill
Small holes along wall-floor joints and around affected areas, about 30 cm apart. Dust is cleaned as we go.
Inject
Registered termiticide is injected under pressure so it reaches the soil below the floor.
Seal
Holes are sealed with matching cement. Infested woodwork is treated directly.
Why it lasts
Most termites in Peshawar are subterranean: they live in the soil and travel up into the house. Spraying the wood only kills the ones you see. A continuous soil barrier stops the whole colony from coming back. We rotate chemical classes between treatments so termites do not become resistant.
Questions
Why don't market termite sprays work?
Market sprays only kill the termites you can see on the wood. The colony lives in the soil under your house and keeps sending more. Lasting control needs a barrier in the soil, which is what drill-fill-seal and pre-construction treatment create.
Will my house smell after treatment?
Very little. We use water-based, low-odour products. You may notice a mild smell for a few hours while surfaces dry, so we open windows and doors. Rooms can be used normally once dry, usually in 2 to 3 hours.
How long does the treatment take?
One day for most 5 to 10 marla houses. Larger houses may take two days.
Do we need to leave the house?
Usually for 2 to 3 hours. Children and pets stay out of treated rooms until surfaces are dry.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. A written guarantee; if termites return in that period, re-treatment is free.
