Porous pipe anti-termite system
A network of porous pipe under the floor with one refill valve outside the house. Years later you top up the termiticide from outside, with no drilling inside.
How it is installed
Lay the pipe
Porous pipe runs along the inside of plinth walls before flooring.
Connect every room
Joints and connectors make a loop around each room.
Outside valve
The pipe is brought to a small valve box on the outer wall.
Fill and test
Termiticide is pumped in and we check it reaches every section.
Who it is for
- New houses at plinth stage
- Owners who want long-term protection without future drilling
- Houses with marble or expensive flooring you do not want to drill later
Questions
How often is refilling needed?
Usually every few years, or at the first sign of termites. We keep a record and remind you.
Can it be fitted in an existing house?
Not under finished floors. For existing houses we use drill-fill-seal.
