Mosquito and dengue control
Dengue mosquitoes breed in clean water around your home and bite in daytime. Fogging alone does not stop them. We remove and treat breeding sites first, then target the adults.
Our approach
Survey
We check coolers, tanks, pots, tyres, roofs and drains for larvae.
Remove
Breeding sites are emptied, scrubbed and covered with you.
Larvicide
Water that cannot be emptied is treated with a larvicide.
Adults
Targeted spraying of resting places; fogging only during outbreaks.
Dengue or malaria?
Aedes (dengue) has black and white stripes, bites in daytime and breeds in clean stored water. Anopheles (malaria) bites at night, mostly indoors, and breeds in standing water such as drains and ponds. For malaria we also offer indoor residual spraying.
Check every 7 days
Mosquito eggs become adults in about a week. Empty and scrub coolers, flower pot trays, buckets and water tanks every 7 days during the season.
Questions
Is fogging enough to stop dengue?
No. Fogging only kills mosquitoes flying at that moment. Removing breeding sites is the most important step.
Do you serve housing societies and schools?
Yes. Planned programmes with larval surveys and written reports.
